I love vegemite. I love that you guys carry it! I wish you had different sizes, though. For those of you who've never had it - no, it's NOT like Nutella. The flavor has always reminded me a bit of soy sauce. I like to eat it on buttered toast - a light dusting of vegemite to top it off. You don't lather it on like peanut butter, especially when trying it for the first time. I like to still see my toast under it, but have enough that it gives that salty yummy morning taste! You may find yourself craving it!

Australian household classic. Regularly used in our household to make Vegemite scrolls for lunch with some cheese as an alternative to sandwiches. A little goes a long way with Vegemite with most opting for a thin spread with butter. Had also been used on spag Bol for extra umami taste ( just a little)

Australian owned, Vegemite is a unique sandwich spread. It is made from a yeast extract and is high in vitamin b1,2&3 and folate. It’s taste can be slightly salty and the mixture itself is a very dark spread. Vegemite is great on toast, crumpets, sandwiches and crackers , and can be used in cooking. The most important thing is to get the ratio of butter to Vegemite on your toast/ sandwich right, to truly enjoy a great snack. Beginners should only apply a very thin amount where seasoned Vegemite lovers will very from using, a lot to a little on their toast.
