Good quality tofu for a decent price. Texture: A lovely firm tofu, which does not crumble when cutting. Has a pleasant feel to it, not slimy like some other brands. Flavour: Good taste and absorbs any flavour you would like to add to it. Price: Value for money and the size of the portion is generous for the price.

This is one of the best valued, most versatile tofu blocks out there. Good to just throw on top of anything as it is, crumble into tofu scramble, press dry and marinate then bake as a tasty topper or just snack on it with a bit of salt and pepper! Probably wouldn't use it for desserts as the silken tofu is better for that
