This tofu is the perfect consistency to use in Asian soups and saucy dishes. It doesn’t fall apart but also the texture is firm without being too firm. I believe this to be the best I’ve tasted in Australia.

Macro tofu is the best tofu for firm one. it’s priced very well and it has 14.8 G protein per 100g Higly recommend

My favourite tofu for a Thai curry. I marinate cubes in ginger, garlic and soy sauce and fry them then add to the veggies and coconut milk. Delicious!
