Review of Macro Firm Tofu

This is one of the best valued, most versatile tofu blocks out there. Good to just throw on top of anything as it is, crumble into tofu scramble, press dry and marinate then bake as a tasty topper or just snack on it with a bit of salt and pepper! Probably wouldn't use it for desserts as the silken tofu is better for that
