I’ve tried a lot of supermarket tofu brands, and Macro’s firm tofu consistently stands out. The texture is exactly what I want from a firm tofu—dense enough to hold its shape in stir-fries and curries, but still soft enough to absorb marinades well. It crisps up nicely when pan-fried and doesn't crumble too easily, which is a win in my book. Taste-wise, it’s neutral (as tofu should be), making it super versatile for both savoury and sweet dishes

Macros is my go to for a really firm tofu. I love using it in roasted tofu dishes because it stays together really well and doesn't fall apart.
