I tried the Hong Kong Dim Sim Kitchen siu mai prawn and mushroom and they’re actually pretty tasty. Nice prawn flavour and the mushroom isn’t too overpowering which is good. Easy to steam up for a quick snack and way better with soy sauce dumped all over them. Bit expensive for what you get tho so I only buy them when they’re on special. Still pretty good for frozen dim sims.

a tasty sui mai , it is valuable when it is half price . it is a quick and easy meal if you suddenly want to have dim sum at home ! I buy it occasionally.

This is something I like keeping in the freezer for quick meals. The filling has a good mix of prawn flavour with the mushroom adding a bit more depth, and they steam up easily without much effort. I usually have them as a quick lunch or side dish.

These are good for any.easy and quick yum cha at home. I just steam them for 15 mins and are ready to eat. Yum cha at home at a fraction of cost from eating at a restaurant. Tastes just as good to me. The only.thong is.that it sticks together while frozen and I need to leave it out of freezer to defrost a.bit before I could separate them for steaming, which means I cant bring out only portion of what I want to eat but eat the whole packet in one sitting.
