I recently tried these Spud Lite Potatoes when my partner bought some and we had them with a roast. I was worried that they wouldn't be as tasty as regular potatoes because they have 25% lower carbs, but they were really tasty. I have bought some more as I am trying to lower the amount of carbs l eat for health reasons. They are more expensive but I do like them a lot.
