Really good potatoes overall! I like that these are a lower-carb option, which makes them a great alternative for lighter meals. The potatoes were fresh, clean, and a nice consistent size, making them easy to prep and cook. I’ve used them for roasting and boiling, and they cooked evenly with a soft, fluffy texture on the inside.
