Great quality and quick filo to have on hand. I love to use it to make tiropita (greek filo cheese pie), burek with cheese or meat, or baklava. It is flakey and crunchy when cooked.

We love using the Antoniou Fillo Pastry. They are so versatile to be able to use in creating both savoury or sweet recipes. We especially love using them in winter to create warmer sweet treat like apple or peach pastries.
