Chilies are rather expensive in Australia. When you buy one pack, the rest that you did not use during one cooking are quickly dried out. These birdeye chilies are regular hot, good for stir fry.

Very disappointed this time. The chillies looked fresh on the outside but were soft and starting to go bad inside. Hardly any heat, and a few had mould within two days. Not worth the price for such poor quality. Wouldn’t repurchase unless freshness improves significantly.

It definitely hit the spot for spiciness — bold without being overpowering. We used it to cook minced beef with eggplant, and it added an incredible depth of flavour to the dish. It brought everything together perfectly! Very happy with this product and will definitely be buying it again.
