The chillies are fresh and vibrant. They have an amazing spicy kick — definitely hot, but with a nice clean flavor that works great in my stir-fries and curries. If you like spicy food and want authentic Birdseye chillies, I’d definitely recommend these. Just be careful with how many you use — they pack some serious heat!
