This loaf is a fantastic find. It has a crispy, golden crust and a soft, airy interior with just the right amount of tang. The rye flavor is subtle but distinct, making it much more interesting than a standard white sourdough without being overpowering. It holds up perfectly in the toaster and makes for an excellent base for avocado or smoked salmon.

damn bloody yummy. it’s cafe style bread that’s beautiful with soup, great as garlic bread and simply just great. it’s a bit expensive but the dough is denser than standard bread. I love the texture, smell, taste, the crust .
