This loaf is a fantastic find. It has a crispy, golden crust and a soft, airy interior with just the right amount of tang. The rye flavor is subtle but distinct, making it much more interesting than a standard white sourdough without being overpowering. It holds up perfectly in the toaster and makes for an excellent base for avocado or smoked salmon.
