These are a good quality product. I always buy my fruit and veg from Coles and am usually impressed by the price and quality. The only thing I’d say about this particular bunch of onions is that they’re a bit small which makes peeling them harder. But overall I’d recommend them. Great for using in salads, pastas, pico de gallo (i often make a really simple one with chopped tomato, red onion and corriander)

the coles red onions are a great convenient package which are usually fresh and great for usingin salads. The only negative is that sometimes they are too large, so you only get 4 or 5 in one pack which means you have to use a bug onion even when you only need a small one

Bought the Coles red onion bag again and yeah it’s fine. Onions are decent size but not always the same, some big some small, but they still taste alright. I use them for pretty much everything and they last ok in the pantry if you don’t forget about them like I do. A couple had soft bits but that happens i guess. Not perfect but cheap and does the job so I’ll probly buy them again.

I'm from India, we use red onions mostly, I don't remember seeing any other colour onions back in India at my place. I prefer them most of the timez as the taste is good. White onions I don't feel the taste as red ones.
