The size is fairly consistent across the bag, which makes meal prep easier. They also keep well when stored properly, with no quick sprouting or soft spots. The only downside is that a few onions may have slightly thicker skins, but overall the quality is good and it’s good value for a 1kg pack. Definitely a staple ingredient for everyday cooking.
