Fantastic veg. Goes with almost anything. Unique texture. Requires almost no cooking, can just heat in microwave. Absorbs flavours when cooked with sauce.

This eggplant was great quality and I’ve used half already in some vegetarian enchiladas. It softened very nicely and was lovely to eat. I will season the other half with salt and pepper and bbq tonight.

Nice eggplant from Woolies. It is very juicy and soft. Perfect for stir frying or barbie. Sometimes I found the outer layer of it is a bit tough, but it can be solved by adding some salts on it the soften it. Price is a bit higher than other veggies tho.

This egg plant from Woolworths is a great choice for all my recipes including egg plant. it’s fresh and big in size. baked eggplant dishes are very delicious with it.

This was the first eggplant I had bought in ages. I cut it into strips and cooked like chips. It tasted great but the skin was a bit tough and chewy

it’s quite often beautiful eggplant and huge. it’s good to cook with some other ingredients often with meat and cheese. it is great for oil cooking too.

Eggplant from Woolworths. i only buy one for cooking our dinner. Cook together with enoki mushroom and eggs. Taste so delicious and so healthy as well
