Really helpful for winding down—tastes pleasant, not medicinal, and helps me relax before bed. I’ve noticed I fall asleep more easily. Will definitely keep buying!

I love this gummy for calming me down. It doesn’t put me to sleep, but eases me. So sleep is not guaranteed, but being put in a relaxing state is pretty nice and can lead to sleep. It’s nice and doesn’t have the groggy effect compared to the Swisse UB Magnesium powder. The gummies taste good, thou not addicting.

Quite expensive but I find they work quite well and have an effect as far as calming me down after a hectic day. Taste ok and do what they claim. Will continue to purchase them when they are on special.
