I love this gummy for calming me down. It doesn’t put me to sleep, but eases me. So sleep is not guaranteed, but being put in a relaxing state is pretty nice and can lead to sleep. It’s nice and doesn’t have the groggy effect compared to the Swisse UB Magnesium powder. The gummies taste good, thou not addicting.
