seems to work. taste ok, not great but not bad. been having it for the past week, feels like it helps to calm my nerves at night. will keep taking it. I do like it's not a pill but a chewy gummy.

put onto these by my daughter. I've been using these for 7 weeks now and while it took a couple of weeks to really kick in, I find these are fantastic. I've gone from either using sleeping tabs or waking several times a night, to either sleeping a solid 7 hrs or waking up once and going back to sleep within minutes. Very impressed.
