Delicious homemade Thai green curry. I like using the slow cooker and adding chicken, bamboo shoots, eggplant and green beans. The chicken falls off the bone and is super flavoursome. I also use coconut cream which makes it creamier than coconut milk. Recommended.

I’ve used a lot of different Ayam products over the years and have found that they can sometimes be a little overpowering, with a strong fish sauce taste. That said, the flavours are generally mild, which is great if you don’t like dishes too spicy. They’re also really handy for making a quick curry sauce or soup broth when you need something fast and convenient.
