I’ve used a lot of different Ayam products over the years and have found that they can sometimes be a little overpowering, with a strong fish sauce taste. That said, the flavours are generally mild, which is great if you don’t like dishes too spicy. They’re also really handy for making a quick curry sauce or soup broth when you need something fast and convenient.
