Unfortunately these bagels are imported frozen from New Zealand. The pre slicing is still inconsistent despite reporting to the manufacturer. I like the texture of the low carb bagels. Best toasted and either topped in halfs with favourite salads and meats or sandwich style. Needs to be warmed or very chewy.

Abe’s Real Bagels Low Carb A great lower carb option that still tastes like a proper bagel. Toasts well and makes a filling breakfast or lunch.

Dense, chewy bagels with a nutty, whole-grain taste. 7g net carbs each, so they feel lighter than regular bagels but still filling. Toasts crisp, holds toppings well. Low carb, high fiber, good chew, freezer-friendly, keto-friendly.

I got this for breakfast this week. I put some avocado and cottage cheese on top, I like that it is lower carb. it was easy to cut and toast in the toaster.

I’m a regular purchaser of these low carb bagels. I like the flavour and the chewiness. Contains no artificial colours or flavours. Use them for breakfast or brunch, toasted and topped with avocado, eggs, salmon or just butter. The downside is they are imported frozen from New Zealand with inconsistent pre cut. Label says vegan friendly yet may contain milk.
