I got this for breakfast this week. I put some avocado and cottage cheese on top, I like that it is lower carb. it was easy to cut and toast in the toaster.

I’m a regular purchaser of these low carb bagels. I like the flavour and the chewiness. Contains no artificial colours or flavours. Use them for breakfast or brunch, toasted and topped with avocado, eggs, salmon or just butter. The downside is they are imported frozen from New Zealand with inconsistent pre cut. Label says vegan friendly yet may contain milk.
