I usually go to South Melbourne market to buy South Melbourne dim sims. I was very pleasantly surprised to find them in the supermarket! These sims sims are very flavoursome, big, plump and juicy - bigger and tastier than the average dim sim. Though they can be fried, I find it easier, healthier and more delicious to have them steamed. So convenient nit having ti go to the market when I want a dim sim fix.
