What happened to the South Melbourne Dim Sims Haven’t had one for a long time. The dim sims no longer have the same peppery, savory flavor, just taste like eating a lump of meat. A noticeable decrease in the size of the dim sims.

I usually go to South Melbourne market to buy South Melbourne dim sims. I was very pleasantly surprised to find them in the supermarket! These sims sims are very flavoursome, big, plump and juicy - bigger and tastier than the average dim sim. Though they can be fried, I find it easier, healthier and more delicious to have them steamed. So convenient nit having ti go to the market when I want a dim sim fix.
