Bought a few Persimmons and they were surprisingly good once properly ripe. Sweet flavour almost reminds me of honey and pear mixed together. Texture can be a bit weird if they’re underripe though, kinda dry and chalky. The softer ones were definitely the best, really juicy and easy to snack on.

I recently bought medium persimmons and they were absolutely delicious! The texture was perfect — not too soft or mushy, just the right amount of firmness with a sweet, honey-like flavor. I enjoyed eating them fresh and also used a few in a salad, which added a lovely natural sweetness.
