Review of Persimmons Medium

I recently bought medium persimmons and they were absolutely delicious! The texture was perfect — not too soft or mushy, just the right amount of firmness with a sweet, honey-like flavor. I enjoyed eating them fresh and also used a few in a salad, which added a lovely natural sweetness.
