Enoki mushrooms are tender and mild, and they cook very quickly. For example, we can Stir-fried Enoki Mushroom, just simply heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic and stir until fragrant, then add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for about 2–3 minutes. Fianlly add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well. Or we can do Enoki Mushroom Soup. For example, bring broth to a boil with ginger. Add tofu or other ingredients first if using, then add enoki mushrooms and cook for 1–2 minutes only. Season with soy sauce and garnish with spring onion.
