Enoki mushrooms are tender and mild, and they cook very quickly. For example, we can Stir-fried Enoki Mushroom, just simply heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic and stir until fragrant, then add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for about 2–3 minutes.
