I amoving this bread. First time trying and am so impressed at how healthy and delicious it is. Ingredients listed are wheat protein, pea protein, sunflower seed protein, hemp seed protein and the following sprouted seeds, sunflower, linseeds, chia and white quinoa along with yellow pea grits, pea flour & oat fibre. that is a lot of seeds and a lot of protein and fibre. Great to eat fresh and it also toasts up beautifully. I am so glad I gave this bread a try and has become my new favourite soi can highly recommend.

Similar taste of normal bread. you can toasties, eat with other condiments. It can make you a bit more than normal bread, but I recommend it if you need an extra boost of protein. The price could be cheaper

I love this bread. It’s packed full of protein and for the calories it’s great. Not too dense compared to a lot of other low carb high protein options.
