Great taste and flavour with the Benefits of lowering your cholesterol have always loved the flavour. Great on toast and can’t prove it completely, but my cholesterol has dropped so must be benefiting my health.

not plasticky, not buttery. Spreads clean, no clumps. Works for toast, veg, or sneaky sandwich layering. Supposed to help with cholesterol, but just wanted something light.. No weird aftertaste. Price is up there, but it's not pretending to be cheap.

great spread to have on toast and use in my cooking. I like that it’s good for heart health and cholesterol. I find we get this from Costco or on special at supermarket it’s a good price. I like how easily you can spread it and get out of container.
