It is one of my favourite bread spread. It has buttery creamy flavour yet it is more healthy than the normal butter. It can reduces the cholesterol level. I have tried this for long time and it really helped me maintain the stable cholesterol level. The price is also reasonable.

it’s healthy and tastes great. I but this specifically to lower cholesterol. according to a news article, it has been proven to work. it tastes like light butter, a bit like margarine. overall, it’s a great spread.

Great taste and flavour with the Benefits of lowering your cholesterol have always loved the flavour. Great on toast and can’t prove it completely, but my cholesterol has dropped so must be benefiting my health.
