Very good quality even if it's the light one. Taste just like buter but so much lower cholesterol. The lid is easy to remove and won't crack like some brands.

It is one of my favourite bread spread. It has buttery creamy flavour yet it is more healthy than the normal butter. It can reduces the cholesterol level. I have tried this for long time and it really helped me maintain the stable cholesterol level. The price is also reasonable.

it’s healthy and tastes great. I but this specifically to lower cholesterol. according to a news article, it has been proven to work. it tastes like light butter, a bit like margarine. overall, it’s a great spread.
