I got a crawing for pear when I walked past these packham pears in the supermarket. They have ripened to the perfect hardness for me in two days. I’m loving the firm and crispy texture, accompanying the sublte honey sweet taste. One of my favorite use of Packham pears is in a blue cheese, pear, walnut and rocket salad.

I used these peace to make a pear caramel tart and it turned out so perfectly! The pears were impressively large and had a great flavour.

Pretty tasty pears but remained quite firm even when ripe. Nice large fruit though

these pears were fine, i don’t think i’ll buy again as the floral taste was a bit poor. they are almost too salty in the ripening process so yes i won’t purchase again. but they are fine

These peats are the best pears I have ever tried in Australia and plus it’s cheap and delicious I would highly recommend for those who are financially poor and worth a dollar !
