5-Star Photo Review of Packham Pears

I got a crawing for pear when I walked past these packham pears in the supermarket. They have ripened to the perfect hardness for me in two days. I’m loving the firm and crispy texture, accompanying the sublte honey sweet taste. One of my favorite use of Packham pears is in a blue cheese, pear, walnut and rocket salad.
