Yellow peaches are one of my favorite fruits — especially when they’re perfectly ripe I like eating them straight up, but they’re also amazing sliced over yogurt, in salads, or grilled with a bit of honey. The only downside? If they’re underripe, they can be a bit firm and lack sweetness.
