my daughter favourite spread to have on toast in the morning. it has the right amount of salt to make it very yummy with a little butter on toast. you can adjust how much you want on your toast based on how strong you like it which is great. I love the size of the container and the fact that it last my family so long.

Cannot fault the original Vegemite. Don't put too much on and make sure it's with butter or margarine and you're good to go. Don't mind the saltiness or tang.
