a staple in our house, mostly for sandwiches and toast. i love a vegimite, cheese and lettuce sandwich. my husband just Vegemite. He also loves a Vegemite pizza.

Gotta love Vegemite. I eat it on toast with (too much) butter. It's also good on crackers with some tomato or added to soups/stews/sauces for some extra salty goodness.

I've loved Vegemite since e I was a child.Its so versatile! especially yummy on toast with butter, but only spread a small amount! it's good you can get a low salt version for this who need it too.
