Vegemite, part of the great Australian staple. Surely every Aussie loves it. I’m biased I can’t write a bad thing about it, love Vegemite. Can spread on bread or toast with just about anything. Add it in cooking. Use it in a rub for meat and smoke.

The best breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack. We are true blue aussies and love this for our sandwiches or crackers throughout the day. Definitely has a strong taste but is so good with butter and can be used to add a bit of flavour to many dishes like spaghetti or shepherds pie!

We eat vegemite everyday in our house, such a hit at breakfast time. We all love it on toast and crumpets. An Aussie classic for sure

great taste. goes good on toast or even smearing all over your roast for a different taste in meat. my son loves to eat it by the spoonful!

The old salty favourite. Try it with cheese and avocado toasted. A melted yellow cheese green avo and salty black sensation. I’m off to make one for mid afternoon snack right now. Yum.
