Vegemite is a thick, dark brown spread made from yeast extract. It's known for its intensely salty and savory flavour, often compared to a concentrated soy sauce or beef bouillon paste. Must be an acquired taste as I was not a fan when growing up but surprisingly enjoying Vegemite in small doses now like Vegemite with avocado on toast or Vegemite with coconut spread.

An Aussie staple, Vegemite is great on toast by itself or with butter. Another favourite of mine is on a sandwich with cheese! Great for kids breakfast and lunch. My son never gets sick of it.

The most economical way to buy our national favourite spread. This size lasts a good couple of months. I feel like in the last year, the consistency of Vegemite has changed but it still tastes the same.
