Tasty spread full of B vitamins. Very low sugar and compare to Promite which is 18% sugar!!!!! I love this on toast with lashings of real pure butter

Vegemite has a very strong, salty, and savory flavor. It’s definitely an acquired taste, but once you get used to it, it’s delicious on toast with butter. A little goes a long way, so you don’t need much. Rich in B vitamins, it’s a unique and iconic spread
