The meatballs are generously sized and are delicious! you get 4 large meatballs in a packet. I really liked the Smokey bbq flavour, usually find that flavour too much but this is tasteful. the rice is a nice delicate flavour. just the right portion along with green beans. only takes 6 minutes in the microwave and the covering uses thin plastic film, it’s plastic lid much like a Chinese take away container, easy to use and even wash and reuse. perfect go-to straight after my gym workout for guilt-free convenience. bought on sale for $6.50
