This is my fave from the Core brand range. I buy this brand often and take them to work for lunch. Quick, easy and delicious. I highly recommend this product and brand. It's a regular go to for me as I know I get a good product that delivers consistently.

The meatballs are generously sized and are delicious! you get 4 large meatballs in a packet. I really liked the Smokey bbq flavour, usually find that flavour too much but this is tasteful. the rice is a nice delicate flavour. just the right portion along with green beans. only takes 6 minutes in the microwave and the covering uses thin plastic film, it’s plastic lid much like a Chinese take away container, easy to use and even wash and reuse. perfect go-to straight after my gym workout for guilt-free convenience. bought on sale for $6.50

My favorite of all the Core Power foods. The taste is excellent. Quantity is perfect. I'm impressed with the protein and calories. When on special I always make a point to pick this up. Highly recommend.

Bought these as they are healthy and very tasty. Smoked meatballs with rice and beans smelt awesome and was really filling and healthy. First time I had tried the meatballs but will definately have again
