A great easy breakfast find. They are little frozen mini quiches. They are delicous cooked and eaten as is, or loaded up in a wrap. A great find if you dont have eggs on hand, and also great for kids lunch boxes/snacks.

These are a quick and easy way to eat protein. There are 10 bites per pack and they take just 60-70 seconds in a microwave. You can also cook in an air fryer or conventional oven. The consistency is light and fluffy and the bacon variant is my favourite. They are well balanced in terms of calories, fat and carbohydrates making them a great meal / snack. Also they can be consumed by just a few or the whole packet.

I got these for quick lunch meals. I find that I can throw a couple in the air fryer and then have some protein that I can added to salads or wraps or even have on it’s own. the flavour is nice with the cheese and bacon bites so it’s not over powering egg.

Bought these as they were on special to try. Not exactly what I was expecting. They taste like a bland fritatta. Too eggy and lacks flavour. I tried to put grated cheese and dip into tomato sauce to make it taste better but it didn’t really help.

A tad on the pricey side for something you can whip up at home but when on special it is the perfect snack to have in the freezer. Toddler approved as well which is always a bonus. Amount you get is quite small but high protein paired with other little snacks helps keep the belly full

these protein bites are great for a quick protein fix, easy and convenient to cook in an airfryer and take to work or as a just as a snack that’s better for you when watching tv. They are made from Sunny Queens quality eggs so you know it will be good. Theu also come in mozzarella and tomato flavour and are only available in Coles.

I love to have a pack of these (or the tomato and mozzarella ones) in my freezer for a quick, delicious and filling protein hit. Pop them in the air fryer and 10 minutes later they're ready to go. Dieections for other cooking methods are available as well. There are 9 per pack, so they're good for part of a meal (just add a good-sized salad and/or some more protein). You could also share them with others as a small afternoon snack. Adding a little tomoto sauce (or BBQ) on the side takes them to the next level! They can be expensive, but watch out for when they're on sale and stock up. Added a photo of the nutritional information and the cooking directions for those who are interested.

Delicious bite size protein balls. Made from an egg base which makes it high in protein and fibre. Easy to cook and leaves no mess. Tastes great with ketchup.

These are really easy to prepare and convenient, they are a good source of protein but they lacked a bit of flavour. They are best if you season them and add a sauce.

Ready made protein bites ad quick easy meal. You can taste bits of bacon and cheese in the ball. However the price is expensive for amount in the bag.

These little bites are good when your on the go for a quick snack just heat and eat and they have a nice flavour. There isn’t many in a packet so price wise not good if you have 4 or 5 kids that want to eat them.

I personally likes it as i like quiches. My kids did not like it as they dont like baked eggs or that type of fried egg texture that's a little moist. a lot of egg, and a bit of bacon, but the right amount as it os already enough salty flavour.

These are very tasty but there is only a few in a bag and they are very small. It only makes two luncboxes from one bag. I always keep it in my freezer

amazing snack. I did it in the air fryer and it was very delicious and also crunky. the only issue is that you can't find it easily on supermarkets. a little bit pricy too, but you can buy it on sale sometimes.
