I love to have a pack of these (or the tomato and mozzarella ones) in my freezer for a quick, delicious and filling protein hit. Pop them in the air fryer and 10 minutes later they're ready to go. Dieections for other cooking methods are available as well. There are 9 per pack, so they're good for part of a meal (just add a good-sized salad and/or some more protein). You could also share them with others as a small afternoon snack. Adding a little tomoto sauce (or BBQ) on the side takes them to the next level! They can be expensive, but watch out for when they're on sale and stock up. Added a photo of the nutritional information and the cooking directions for those who are interested.
