The name "Garlo" comes from the nickname of father and sons, Terry, Sean and Nathan Garlick. Terry a retired mechanic/wharfie, Sean an ex footballer with the Rabbitohs and Roosters and Nathan a master Pastry Chef and lifetime pie lover. Heating Instructions - remove product from packaging before heating. Air Fryer (Best and Quickest)Set air fryer to 175°C and heat for 15 - 20 minutes until thoroughly hot. Convection Oven (Next best)Preheat oven 175°C. Place on baking tray and heat for 20 - 25 minutes until thoroughly hot. Microwave (For those who can't wait)Remove pie from wrapping and foil and wrap in paper towel. Heat on high for 1 - 2mins. To make pastry crispier, after microwaving heat in oven at 185°C for 2 - 3 minutes.
