These red kidney beans are super healthy, packed with vitamins and are a good source of protein along with fiber. I love to have these on hand and it is perfect to add to a salad instead of meat. This is great for vegetarians or vegans. I used it recently in my chilli con carne and it had a lovely texture and cooked perfectly. It is also cheap.

Woolworths red kidney beans I use them for most of my vegetarian and vegan dishes or cooking. It's 5 star health star rating, high in Fibre, no artificial flavors or colors or preservatives. I use them for doing a vegetarian taco meal, put them in my salads. Very convenient and versatile.
