Review of Woolworths Red Kidney Beans 420g

These red kidney beans are super healthy, packed with vitamins and are a good source of protein along with fiber. I love to have these on hand and it is perfect to add to a salad instead of meat. This is great for vegetarians or vegans. I used it recently in my chilli con carne and it had a lovely texture and cooked perfectly. It is also cheap.
