cheap tofu. It is better to get the ones in water from asian grocers but its not bad. still tasty

Macro Firm Tofu is a great budget friendly tofu. It wasily available at Woolies. It can be used in a variety of dishes and is a good source of protein. We always stock up so it’s ready when needed.
