This tofu is seriously so good. We took it camping with us and it lasted 2 days at 26 degrees with no refrigeration. Super versatile and way cheaper than meat. Great source of plant protein. We put it in a golden curry but could also be fried

This is the best first tofu in Australia in my opinion. It is firm enough not to break up, but tastes very natural and works well in all Tofu dishes. It doesn’t fall apart in soupy dishes which is good.

for the price this is perfect, it’s around $1 cheaper than other brands but you get a lot more per weight and has the same creamy texture. perfect meat replacement for any meal to make a vegetarian option.
