super healthy and full of protein. great for vegans. I use it when fasting for religious reasons so I still get protein in my diet. I like to stir fry it with soy sauce and add it to veggies or salad. it is firm and hearty.

This is my favourite type of tofu - it has the perfect chewy texture and is great in stir fries or soups. Great value too, a fantastic protein source and always available at my local Woolies
